Returning for 2018 will be the Springfield Fantasy Cricket with some new and improved upgrades ready for the new season!
Entries have increased from £3 to £5 per team with half of the money raised going to Farleigh Hospice and the rest will be presented to the winner. Last years winner, Luke Hitchen, walked away with £75 so not only will you be contributing to a fantastic charity but will be in with a chance to line your pockets with a healthy sum of money.
New for 2018: There have been some fantasy football style upgrades for the new season, firstly on one gameweek in the season you will have the chance to play a triple captain, this will, obviously, treble the points made by your teams assigned captain on the selected gameweek. Secondly, players values will rise and fall during the season depending on form (unlucky Hudders), which adds the additional incentive to perform well during your games to avoid the ignominy of becoming the first player to be valued at £0.5m based on form! Finally, you are no longer restricted to the rigid structure of 4 batsman, 4 bowlers, 2 all rounders and a keeper, you can design your team as you see fit to find the perfect balance which will win you the money.
