Hi all, we hope this finds you all well
We have had feedback from some on the question whether to keep this years 60th (61st!) Anniversary Dinner and 100% of the replies were in favour of cancelling. I think this is the only sensible action given the uncertainty we still face even if the data seems to be showing good progress in defeating the virus. As the club captains will no doubt agree its almost impossible currently to be sure of any numbers even on a weekly basis for team selection so this has to be the best approach.
We will decide over the next few committee meetings if holding it next year is feasible and indeed required as we would be closer to our 65th year and may make sense to delay until that milestone, we will keep you all posted.
In the meantime lets get to the end of this difficult season and draw breath.
