As mentioned previously, the AGM will be held on Friday 17th January, please sign in by 8pm.
I have attached the documents in advance of the meeting, I am missing one. When I have it, I shall also pass that on as well.
Please ensure you have read all documents in advance, and bring a copy with you if you wish. There will be no copies available on the night.
There are two members of the committee stepping aside, Tom Lightfoot and Jordan McManus. If you are interested in either of these roles please let myself or Jim know.
Any AOB or apologies can I have in writing by Friday, so I can add them to the agenda.
Please make every effort to attend, this is your chance to have your say on how the club runs.
