J&PL Properties Limited is a family business initially created to supply affordable rental accommodation but maintain a strict high level standard for our tenants. All rents are below regional levels and to protect the tenants most have not seen any rent increase over a number of years.
They have extended their activities into holiday homes, Seascape and Seascope overlook the sea at Kessingland Suffolk and their lodge Kingfisher is directly on the waterfront of the Norfolk Broads. All need advance booking due to popularity.
