Hi all and we hope this finds you all well as we hopefully come out of Lockdown hibernation! As you know we had to delay the original AGM date but we have now rebooked the AGM as Wednesday 17th March 7.30pm.
It is imperative that we have the AGM before the season starts to ensure election of Officers and Captains and to ensure we are ready for the season ahead. As we will sadly still be under restrictions on this date the clubhouse will still be closed so the meeting will be held over Zoom, the links you need for the meeting are below. Please try and make every effort to attend as there will be a lot to vote on this year.
If you have any questions or suggestions for the AGM these must be sent to Secretary James by 10th March to be included in the meeting. James has attached some links to the documents for the meeting on this mail he will also send out all other relevant documents prior to the evening for your reference
