Hi all
As some of you may know SCC swept up every fall apple in the county this autumn and after a huge effort by Tony and his brewing team chopping, pressing and testing we now have a substantial quantity of Cider brewing. The brew is expected to be ready for drinking on March the 4th 2017, please put a slot in your diary, and I suspect you may want to block out the following few days too!
Tony and his brewers have been checking the progress of each of the barrels currently festering, sorry fermenting in the club house and report so far so good. One batch has received the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory seal of approval and will therefore be served in thimbles for Health and Safety reasons
We will organise some food on the night as I suspect lining the tummy might be a good call!
