Match report What a great performance and result! We brought to an end the 100% record of a very good team and everyone played their part.
Losing the toss and out in we got off to a sticky start with Andy, Iestyn and Luke going early? Oldie and Shan couldn't get going and the runs were hard to come by. But Kendo and Martin slowed the wicket fall and got the runs going again. We ended on a respectable 191 for 7 which we thought my be 30 short.
However the bowlers came to the fore with some fantastic spells and important early wickets. Lucky finally shedding his nickname and bowling the best for a long while getting all four of the top order including their danger man. Everyone in the field adding to the pressure on the batting side. Martin the stepped up and returned the amazing figures of 8.4 - 1 - 11 - 5 to back up his 54 not out.
Brilliant day and a big well done to you all as you get the first man of the match awarded to the whole team with Martin clearly picking up the overall award
