Match report 3 out of 3! Well done everyone a good all round team performance with again some noteable contributions to mention.
Loosing the toss and put in, which is what I would have chosen, we wanted to get off to another strong start but a small misjudgement by Blunders saw him go early. But a dogged 34 from Tom supporting both Martin (62) and Luke (71 off 34 balls) and a dashing 17no off 12 balls from Tony (HowDo!) saw us reach a respectable 204 for 5 off our 45 overs
Our bowlers also made a great contribution to the result with some tight and at times unlucky (Alan. Again.) bowling. Including a cameo from a returning old boy Pete The Sherv!
Ant Larcher (10-0-31-2), Shan (10-0-23-1) and Martin (10-1-42-4) returning the best of a good bunch of figures
In the spirit of the team, despite Martins figures with both bat and ball being a worthy shout, the man of the match award goes to Ant for some excellent, unlucky and cheap bowling, well done!
