Match report Another excellent all round performance against an ever improving Gt Baddow side saw us out winners by 66 runs and maintain our unbeaten start to the season, however we didn't have it all our own way despite amassing 262 after being put in under grey skies. Ali again got us of to a good start, but it was myself and Clarky with a partnership of 146 that set us up for a big total although a bit of a late order collapse saw us probably 20 runs short of what we were looking for with 5 overs left.
Baddow started well in reply but the introduction of the spin twins looked to have turned the game in our favour until their Sri Lankan, Gunalan (87)decided to belt the ball all over the Corra but just as the momentum turned in their favour Brooksy finally snared his man caught at cow by a very grateful yours truly. Aided by some excellent fielding Si and Lee then mopped up the tail with little resistance adding another 7 wickets to their growing tally and giving us another 26 point afternoon.
