Welcome to Springfield Cricket Club. We have been based at Coronation Park, our home ground since 1961. The clubhouse, with bar and catering facilities was built in 1971. The club has four teams on Saturday, in the T. Rippon Mid-Essex League, two teams on Sunday, one is in the PiriPiri League and four colts teams in the Central Essex Junior Cricket League, and an under 16 in the Matchplay.
We are an England and Wales Cricket Board Clubmark Focus Club which confirms our commitment to being a safe, effective and child friendly cricket club. We have 14 England & Wales Cricket Board Coaches.
In 2003 Springfield became a Clubmark Focus Club which guarantees that we are fully qualified to provide a safe and professional environment to coach cricket for all children in our community.
